Under the Health Club Services Act, a buyer may cancel a new contract for any reason before midnight of the 3rd operating day after receiving a copy of the contract, for a full refund.

Refund rulesAll money paid fully refunded within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice; any negotiable instrument also returned within 30 days.
